Digital Products Delivery
Finrden.store ensures the prompt delivery of digital products (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”) to the email address provided by the Buyer and to the Buyer’s account on our website immediately after payment is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of digital products—such as unique activation codes, game keys, prepaid cards, etc.—once delivered, these items cannot be returned or refunded unconditionally. This measure is in place to protect both Buyers and Sellers from potential fraud or misuse.
Blocked Funds for Certain Returns
In instances where a return or refund request is made for digital products that cannot be immediately returned, funds received from the sale may be temporarily blocked on the Seller’s account for a period of 7 to 30 days. The duration depends on factors such as the Seller’s identification rating and the specifics of the product.

- Refund Process
If you believe you have grounds for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Initiate the Request
Visit the page on Finrden.store where your purchase was made. Use the link provided in your order confirmation email or access it via your account.
- Submit a Detailed Complaint
Post a negative review or refund request in the designated “Product Review” section. Clearly detail all issues and discrepancies with the product.
- Communicate with the Seller
The Seller will be notified and may contact you through the “Correspondence” section on your account for further clarification or to address your concerns. You may attach supporting documents, screenshots, or other evidence.
- Escalation to Finrden.store Support
If there is no response from the Seller within 72 hours, or if the Seller disputes your claim without a satisfactory resolution, please contact our Support Team directly at: support@finrden.store. Include your account details and a detailed description of the issue.
- Review and Decision
Finrden.store will review your appeal within 72 hours of receipt. If approved, and if sufficient funds are available in the Seller’s account, a refund will be processed within 5 (five) business days. Please note that the exact refund time may vary depending on your payment method.
- Further Dispute Resolution
If your appeal is denied or there are insufficient funds for a refund, you may escalate the matter to your payment provider (credit institution or payment system). Finrden.store will provide all necessary support and documentation to help resolve the dispute.

Digital Nature of Goods
Due to the inherent nature of digital products, refunds are subject to the conditions stated above and may not be granted for products that have been activated or fully delivered as described.
Seller’s Responsibility
Sellers are required to ensure that the product information is accurate and that the Goods are delivered promptly. Any discrepancy between the product description and the delivered product may serve as grounds for a refund.
